I volunteer with a non-profit organization and have used Constant Contact since 2009 to prepare our E-news mailings and maintain our contact lists. I had not attended a seminar before; the guides, tutorials and help from staff at Constant Contact have been great, but I thought maybe I could learn more — and I did. The seminar was very helpful. It was NOT a sales pitch. We saw live actual use of Constant Contact to create emails. I learned about some new features which are saving me time. All of our comments and questions were addressed and answered. Karen is very knowledgeable about Constant Contact. I would recommend this seminar for any new or experienced user.

The Village has contracted with Karen Leonard of IGV for our website hosting. She introduced me to Constant Contact Email Marketing and I have found that her professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of Email Marketing to be phenomenal. It took me a while to “get on board” with the new way of communicating via Constant Contact, but once I did, the feedback from emails I have sent out is amazing. People love the interaction and the ability to view the village website, etc. In addition, I receive a report detailing the responses of my targeted recipients. I love it!
